Where do you find those stories? How do you shape what’s in your head into the crafted narrative you’d like to give to the world?
We will generate new writing, offer optional constructive feedback, and go on to consider structure, literary devices, editing strategies, and all that good stuff that make up the art and craft of narrative fiction and nonfiction.
You will gain a number of fresh, unique pieces, a greater sense of what aspects of your writing style resonate with readers, and some useful and practical tools for editing your work and making it beautiful.
The writing life is fraught with challenges, frustrations and dead ends. But it is also deeply satisfying, and so worth the effort of persevering to get as close to your vision as possible. Come with questions and exasperations.
